For an internationally active organisation, we are looking for an experienced, resilient HR Assistant to provide temporary support to the HR function with immediate effect. This is a fixed-term assignment for 3–4 months and is ideally suited to HR professionals who work in a structured manner, are confident writers in both languages, and can keep a clear overview even when handling a high volume of work.

The preferred base is Zurich, though Basel is also possible. Home working can be arranged flexibly depending on the task and project phase. Occasional on-site visits to Basel should be expected. We are therefore seeking, with immediate effect, a
